SPIE distinguishes itself through its procedures for the recruitment and integration of new employees, its efforts of employer brand and ongoing training
Brussels, 31 January 2019 – SPIE Belgium, subsidiary of the SPIE group, an independent European leader in multi-technical services in the field of energy and communications, was elected ‘Top Employer Belgium’ for the twelfth time. It owes this title to four lines of approach followed in 2018.
On 31 January 2019, SPIE Belgium received the official certification of Top Employer 2019. It joins the 64 companies certified by the Top Employers Institute in Belgium.
To join this inner circle, you have to complete the steps of the certification programme successfully. Only employers who create optimal conditions for the development of their employees, on both the professional and personal level, can aspire to it.
These conditions include a high quality work environment, the development of talents at all echelons of the company, and the constant improvement of practices in human resources.
SPIE Belgium managed to meet the strict selection criteria of the Top Employers Institute for the 12th time. Among all the aspects of its HR policy on which the company was assessed, SPIE wanted to underscore four lines of approach this year:
Annik Vandeputte, HR development manager at SPIE Belgium, had this to say on the matter: “We are extremely proud at SPIE to be part of the Top Employers family in Belgium. For that matter, we will be very happy to welcome 250 new employees in 2019 in our company which is a great place to work.”
