Ethics and integrity:?two strong attributes that have long been cultivated at SPIE and that, together with diversity, sit at the heart of our CSR initiatives.
CSR: SPIE Belgium was once again very active in this area in 2023, with the year's greatest achievement being the launch of The Climate Fresk workshops. These internal workshops animated by 12 colleagues raised awareness among 176 employees of the challenges associated with climate change.
Employee benefits: in early 2023, SPIE Belgium implemented its "cafeteria plan", also known as the Flex Income Plan or FIP, which enables eligible employees to exchange part of their salary for other benefits.
Leadership: SPIE Belgium continued to implement leadership principles and competencies to help its leaders act appropriately and make the right decisions.
Annik Vandeputte, HR Development Manager at SPIE Belgium: "People are at the heart of what we do here at SPIE Belgium. We want to offer our teams a rewarding experience every day. This Top Employer certificate demonstrates our commitment to our employees' personal and professional development". ?
