Located in the centre of Luxemburg, next to the Tour Schoetter, the Zenit Royal building mostly houses the Bank of China.
For this site with a total surface area of 31,918 m2, working alongside teams from Willemen, SPIE is primarily responsible for the installation of the HVAC, sanitation, sprinkler and control systems, and, in case it is needed, a carbon monoxide evacuation system in the 149-bay car park. Up to 60 employees have been working on this project due to the very tight deadlines.
