With the success of its hotel in Kirchberg, Melia has chosen the Cloche d’Or site, which is already undergoing development, as the location for its second hotel.
SPIE was chosen to install the HVAC and sanitation systems for this new hotel.
The control systems will be centralised to further increase efficiency. Finally, to meet the special requirements of the kitchen, SPIE has installed a dedicated air handling unit. This project has mobilised around twenty employees over 14 months.
