Ahead of its move to a new location in the Cloche d’Or in 2022, the Bilia-Emond dealership, which sells BMWs and MINIs, called on SPIE to install HVAC and sanitation systems.
The building, designed by a specialist architectural firm, will welcome clients with comfortable temperatures all year round as they look to buy new or used MINIs or BMWs. SPIE is also responsible for installing smoke extraction systems in the event of a fire.
