Brussels, 1 September 2021 – SPIE Belgium, a subsidiary of the SPIE Group, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, was awarded first prize in the category “integration of young recruits and career path support” at the 2021 Construction Awards BXL organised by Constructiv.
SPIE Belgium was awarded first prize in the category “integration of young recruits and career path support for companies with over twenty workers” on Friday, August 27th at its offices in Anderlecht, as part of the Brussels Construction Awards organised by Constructiv, an organisation that offers services to companies and workers in the construction sector.
Constructiv’s aim with this prize is to reward the most deserving Brussels-based companies in the sector in three specific areas: “Skills management”, “Well-being” and “Integration”.
SPIE Belgium was recognised in the category “integration of young recruits and career path support” for its actions to promote recruitment, training of its staff members, the “Emploi Tremplin Construction” (ETC) initiative and integration of new employees.
